Service Description
Savage Survivor Program helps survivors of domestic violence and high conflict custody cases build the strategy, documentation, and court ready narratives they need to protect themselves and their children. We offer three core areas of support: Strategy Guidance We help you see your case clearly: what's working, what's at risk, and what to prioritize next. Through our Vetting and Strategy Calls, we map out a concrete action plan based on your actual situation, not generic advice, so you always know what to do next and why. Narrative Prep for Court Filings Evidence alone doesn't win a case. Judges need to understand what your evidence means and why it matters. We take your documented facts and turn them into clear, fact based narratives that connect your evidence to your requests, ready to support declarations, motions, or exhibit packets your attorney files. Documentation Prep From building a full case timeline to organizing and labeling your evidence for court, we turn scattered texts, records, and notes into an organized, court ready case file. This includes chronology building, exhibit organization, communication pattern review, and a master case reference file that grows and updates as your case does. Everything we do is built to help you show up organized, informed, and in control, whether you're working with an attorney or representing yourself. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. A sliding scale is available for survivors who qualify.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Session Booking Policy To ensure each client receives focused, high-quality support, the following policies apply to all 1:1 Savage Strategy Sessions™: Booking Requirements Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure you are available for the full duration of your session at the time you book. Preparation Requirement Clients are expected to come prepared with relevant communication examples or topics. Lack of preparation does not qualify for a refund or additional time. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session may be denied. Each booking includes one (1) complimentary reschedule. Additional reschedules may require a fee. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may apply your payment toward a future session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the session. Late Arrival Policy Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Communication Boundaries This service is limited to the scheduled session time only. Ongoing support, message review, or follow-up communication outside of the session is not included unless otherwise stated. Additional time or follow-up support may be booked at a rate of $50/hour, based on availability. Disclaimer This service provides education and strategic communication guidance only.
